You don’t just start out on top. Every champion was once a challenger; be dedicated to working your way up. Success is the product of perseverance. Nothing ever works out, without work being put in. Set your eyes on the prize. You can’t hit the target if you’re never focused enough to aim at it. Trying to live in the past will have you dying in the present. The minute you stop wrestling with regrets you’ll get invited to dance with your destiny. Stop hesitating and get to where you’re going. You’ll never arrive at the finish line if you’re stuck staring at the start. Move past the mistakes, get over the failures, and work through your shortcomings. What you do now matters more than what you did then. You won’t always feel happy, motivated, or successful, but sometimes you have to get past your feelings to catch up to your healing. Don’t be ruled by your emotions, be the ruler of your thoughts. You have to endure the pain for the praise, fight the thorns for the throne, and survive the crisis to get the crown. When you understand faith, you lose respect for fear. You don’t rise to greatness by never falling; you rise to greatness by always getting up.
