Changed?

9 out of 10 times what you get in life is a result of what you ask for. Everything you ask for isn’t coming from your mouth either. More than half of it is coming from your attitude and actions. A lot of people complain about the things that come their way not realizing that they indirectly asked for it. Unhappy people attract haters and drama. Bitter women attract game playing men. Boastful men attract gold digging women. The world gives back to you what you put into it, that’s the essence of Karma. It is important for us to be in agreement with ourselves mind, body, and spirit. When your mind wants love, and your body wants lusts, there’s no way your spirit can prosper. Understand the Universe has a never ending desire to bless you and if those blessings require pain, the Universe will give it to you, but for your benefit. You can’t ask for peace and have an attitude from hell. When your actions are inspired by spite expect to catch some slight. Don’t let what you do block you from what you want. Allow who you are to welcome what you’re asking for.

Willing to wait....

If something is really worth it to you; you’ll be willing to wait for it. Though people treat patience like it’s a past time, it’s still a priceless virtue. But these days it seems like patience takes the backseat to convenience. Nobody is willing to wait for anything anymore. If it doesn’t come perfect and doesn’t come on our time, then we don’t want it to come at all. Don’t be like most people who are willing to wait on all the wrong things but are impatient and quit on all the right ones. When you know you deserve things and really feel like something is yours, there’s no such thing as it taking too long because you know it’s only a matter of time. Patience is the key to endurance, and that key unlocks the door to consistency, which welcomes you in the home of trust. Nothing requires patience like love. Nothing respects patience like trust. And nothing values patience more than happiness. Learn to be patient long enough to let life give you the answers to the questions of your heart. Uncertainty doesn’t always mean you’re lost; most times uncertainty is just there to remind you to wait on the Universe. Anybody that willingly embraces patience and waits for what they want will never be denied of what they want. A patient person has perfect timing. Just don’t use patience as an excuse to procrastinate, patience is divine but idle time is the Devil’s best friend.

Think Outside the Box for the "Dream Killers”

There’s no need to look for approval in everything you do. Your willingness to change, grow, and live abundantly will not always be willingly accepted by those with narrow minds. Don’t expect the people who aren’t growing to recognize your growth. They’ll notice your change solely because it’s a painful reminder that they chose to remain the same. You don’t need anybody outside of yourself to believe in your dreams in order for them to come true. Don’t stop going where you’re going in life just because people are stuck at where you were in life. They’re so busy judging you that they’ve forgotten that they need to be living too. Opinions are optional, so if it isn’t positive reinforcement or constructive criticism, I don’t care to hear it. My mindset remains that every opinion of me won’t be included in my definition of me. You may doubt many things in life but don’t ever let somebody’s lack of faith make you doubt your dreams. Be confident in what you know is best for you. Dreaming is the first step towards destiny, so if you’re headed out on a journey don’t waste time consulting with people who have never left home. Dream killers believe that they can’t start until they know; but dream livers understand that you won’t know until you start! Be smart, be faithful, and be prepared; power your dreams beyond those powerless beings who doubt you.

Dream Somebody

You ever had somebody special in your life
They didn’t have to tell you they were special you just knew
It was just something about them that you couldn’t put your finger on
But that something had you thinking about them all the time
That something had you hanging up the phone smiling for no reason
It had you in class daydreaming about skipping with them
That something made every slow song on the radio remind you of them
It had you replaying old conversations in your mind and laughing at the same things all over again
That somebody who made you stare at the nights sky and make the stars spell their name
The person you didn’t mind sitting on the phone with all night talking about nothing
The somebody that would kiss you with morning breath, then tell you to go brush your teeth
The person that wouldn’t just tell you what they thought you wanted to hear
Somebody who actually took the time to show they cared
Someone who loved your flaws and accepted them as being apart of you
That person who knew just how to piss you off and was smart enough to stop before it got there
The type of person that took pride in making you happy
That someone that had been hurt before just like you
That had been unappreciated and taken for granted just like you
That gave their all and got nothing just like you
The somebody who could make you laugh till your stomach and cheeks hurt
You know that somebody with that contagious smile and those heart melting hugs
The type of person who would kiss the tears away, because they felt wiping was too rough
The somebody who believed in your smallest dreams
That person who could call you from a thousand different numbers but you still recognize their voice
You know the person who you held hands with in the movies just to feel closer
You know…
Well maybe you don’t…
At least not like i do...
