Changing you to better you”

If you have people in your life that push you, pray for you, and encourage you, embrace that. They see the best in you. The people who only recognize your good qualities are the worst for you. They should see the beauty in your flaws just as they do your strengths. If you find somebody always willing to bring you up in the midst of your downs, you’ve found a winner. Some people are genuinely giving you time and effort because they believe in you, not because they want to change you into somebody else. Learn to receive certain things with a mature mindset. Don’t allow your pride to have you thinking with a closed mind. Never be above change because that puts you below growth. You can’t be naïve; we all have areas of life that we can improve in. You have to know the difference between somebody trying to change you and somebody wanting to better you. If you find somebody that’s willing to fight for you, you’re a fool if you choose to give up on them. Being good is okay, but it’s only useful when you decide to do good as well. Nobody reaches greatness on their own. You can learn something from everybody. Get right when you know right. Don’t always wait until things go wrong, you may end up losing something you can’t get back. If you can do a little, then do a little, something is always better than nothing. Minor change can influence major progress.
